We accept pay-pal, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. Note: with personal checks we do not ship the animals until the check has cleared our bank.

All dragons are shipped in Styrofoam insulated boxes. In the cooler months we do use heat packs. Shipping costs are dependant on your zip code; we have a calculator that will give you an estimate on your shipping charges. We can automatically bill the shipping charges directly to your credit card if you like. You must sign for the package and we ask that you be home during the delivery to ensure the animals safety.

We guarantee live arrival of your dragon. If you are not completely satisfied within a 24-hour period send your dragon back overnight for a full refund. If your animal seems unhealthy in any way at all please contact us immediately. Upon arrival, if your dragon’s color is not what appeared on our web site it is because your dragon is stressed from shipping or going into shed. After either of these processes is complete your dragon will return to its full color.
